4.2. Cancellations within 48 hours of check-in or no-shows may result in a one-night charge or as per the booking terms.
5.1. Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
5.2. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
